And who says that its your GOD given right to ask for KHULA out of no reason…Oh yes you have a reason that he is marrying another girl…and you think it gives you right to ask for KHULA…If both husband and wife carrying their marriage in the light of ISLAM then their is no right to either one of them to break it until or unless anyone of them has commited something out of ISLAM or not fulfilling his or her duty…But having the only reason that the spouse is having another marriage(PERmissible in ISLAM) doesn’t give you any right or i must say valid right to ask for KHULA…Out of validity you can do whatever you want with being wronful…
