I think The Jinx is letting his personal opinion/biases dictate moderation is WA. As an ex Mod/CM I know how hard it is to balance you as a poster vs yourself as moderator, but I noticed some of the posts you’re editing really do not violate forum rules. You’re suppose to be neutral referee (see Ali and PA teams that I helped put together before I left) and not let your own views get in the way. The forum have written rules for both members and mods. Read it.

In my opinion, the best place to air such concerns is the feedback section. It is open and transparent.
FYI I made a similar comment when my response to jinx in a PA thread was removed. This was a response to his calling athiests a cry baby. When he ( or maybe a CM) moved that post within a minute of my posting it, I had to prepm post it again. I asked him the same question - why did you move my post. And stated why nit spend his energy moving posts from opposite POVs.
It was an example of a staff taking matters in his hands based on his POV.
PS I find Shamraz posts very reasonable and logical. So respectfullu disagree with Hareems comment.
Also Shak 's approach to the feedback thread I opened yesterday is an example of his closing the thread at will and not giving me an opportunity to clarify. I opened another feedback thread to address his charges. Which he closed immediately. Then accused me of slamming.
This point needs to be made. Feedback is the best option under such circumstances.
I personally have no confidence based on Shak performance yesterday. I say this as a matter of fact and without disrespect.
For those who are uncomfortable working with a CM the feedback is an excellent avenue, as was demonstrated yesterday.

Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. I hope you get this. Just because you find something "reasonable" doesn't mean every one else should.

You accused Jinx and LKK of being racist and far right (please don’t let me quote those posts again). I then, like any normal person would do, asked you for proof.
You failed to provide any proof. I then closed the thread since your concerns had no substance. Innocent until proven guilty remember? You then continued to spam (its spamming, not slamming btw) feedback forum and I continued to ask you for proof. Upon giving me zero proof I closed the thread while waiting for the Director to come and respond to you. Feedback forum is for genuine concerns. As for me, all Mods feel equally loved by you, so it comforts me that I am not on my own. What comforts me more is I have been through 2 Directors, and about 4 CM’s and all of them have kept me. The day they feel I am not good enough I will be let go or the day I am racist or my performance drops, what I am saying is I won’t be losing sleep because Southie doesn’t find me inspiring.

Shak - I was receding to your specific point that one should contact the CM before pro icing feedback on a mod. I stated that is not always possible if one does not have confidence in a CM. It is irrelevant how maby folks you have gotten along with. My point standsn
I have not called Jinx or LKK racist. You put words in my mouth. I did state there is a tendency to select far right leaning mods in Religion and Philo forum. And I backed it up. Simple.

Huma/Shak & the team, this was a constructive feedback; not a complain & the reason why I did not contact the CMs. I’m not sure why there is automatic reflexive move to go on defense. Again, this was not complain, but a feedback as it can be seen in the thread’s heading, and it should help you as team and him as a mod become better at what he does since he is relatively new at this. Nothing personal, btw.
Now to the topic. What I have noticed is that he edits posts of the members who he disagrees with, and often personally goes after people. I think that is not only childish, but I think it violates forum rules and mods code of conduct.

Also the main reason I posted was to state the same thing that Shamrsz stated happened to me I. PA. My post was removed - response to Jinx. I thought that would be material to OPs comment.
Your utter lack of objectivity was evident in my other feedback. You actually quoted Jinx who stated what I claimed he stated - that he called athiests crybabies for unwillingness to be subject to Islamic law. What I stated was also an opinion that far right leaning folks - due to rigid outlook on religion are not tolerant. Whereas Progressive AND spiritual people are tolerant. And hence will be promoters of peace. You may disagree.
