Lajawab
I have no issues with people having opinions. I have an issue with people expressing their opinions (right or wrong) in an incorrect manner, which is seen quite often by certain guests and some of our own self proclaimed defenders of the faith.
so lets be clear on who are idiots, people who are rude, uncouth, crass, illmannered, racist, prejudiced, xenophobic, conceited, foul-mouthed, impolite, coarse, uncivilized, vulgar, loutish, oafish, boorish, base, demeaning, rude, crude and socially screwed.
Would you agree that people exhibiting such behavior have earned the right to be called an idiot? ![]()
please dont take it personally.
Re: To the Directors
There following issues have been raised here:
First, the views of the religion mod. As a poster he can hold his views and is free to express them. This however should not interfere with his mod duties which is to ensure that everyone else is allowed to express their views freely. You are free to disagree with his views and argue the points with him. If he does not allow you to express your views freely than please PM me with the specific instances and I will look into it.
Secondly, should we split the forum? I do not feel that there is a need to split the forum as suggested. What is required is that all participants express their views in a civilised manner without being rude and vulgar. Once that is achieved the atmosphere will improve and discussions can be carried out in a more healthy environment.
Mods cannot be changed just because a certain group of posters do not agree with his/her personal views. The criteria here should be how he is performing as a mod and not what views he holds.
