I seriously want to know something. For all those who are with goray or married to them, how do you deal with them not using a lota? And how do you explain to them that you use one? And does them not using a lota get in the way of intimacy? I’m not trolling here, I’m genuinely curious.
My brother was into marrying a non-Muslim when he was younger, but one day, I passingly said to him that they don’t do taharat, and you could see the wheels spinning in his head (he’s a pro-lota guy if I ever saw one). From that day on, he kind of cooled down on his infatuation with goriyan.
My good guy friend (who is a Sikh–they use lotas too) was dating a gori in college, and apparently he would make her shower each time before he slept with her.
You're not making any sense. Make your mind up, it's either right or wrong, which in our case... according to our initial posts.. I say you must be inclined to agree with us... in other words, you believe its correct.
My observation is that most desi people that are with white people, are as white as they can get themselves, they have conformed to the western way of life, so this situation is highly unlikely.
Here is one more, One of my buddy he is smoker.... he is 27 & doesn't smoke infront of his father, One day we all cousins were sitting in a room & he was smoking, the door was open & he was smoking very freely he didn't know that his father is at home, Suddenly his father opened the door & we all start laughing he got up and he was very much embarrsed trying to hide the Ciggerate from his father. But he just saw and went back didn't say anything to him :D
Actually I can't believe I just typed up such a detailed response. Don't you have anything better to do than to ponder upon the personal hygiene of others? You worry about your butt, and I'll worry about mine.
As far as cleaning is concerned, when I was little my mom did teach me to clean myself completely and properly using TP till there was nothing left, if you get my drift.
It amazes me how they manage to do it.
When i went to UK for the first time, this thing did not cross my mind at all B4 travelling, though i was aware of western practice. It was only after getting their that i realized the problem. Anyhow, the Pakistanis there told how to get hold of handy lota whenever it was needed.
