^ I think there are so many issues to look in to - if the brother is not helping.
One of the most ignorant thing in our society is "mental illness".
It is largely ignored. There are underlying issues within families who do not deal with this.
I know a family with such hardship. I always pray for them that they find peace within themselves first.
They themselves do not know how to take care of themselves, let alone helping a sibling.
So I hope they do find peace within themselves first.
