i am confused here. i thought the syndrome tests r for ladies 30 n up. under 30 they don't offer u one unless ur u/s shows some concern. alo sugar test is more reliable when done later on. if u r concerened talk to ur doc in details. i dunno abt UAE but here they giv u a whole pregnancy step by step guide so u know what to expect per semester and ways to deal with it. it gives details of all tests n available options.
