well if the forums are representative of actual pakistanis, i’d say times have changed, diwana. your womenfolk seem better poised to live in the modern world than your men, and might actually have more choices than you realize just yet..

Sorry to say dear. ‘Time’ has not changed over so many centuries in** this** regard.

If one looks in to just having choices…forget about what place, religion or culture…Men do have more choices.

Not saying as a proud insensitive man but even as an independant gender identity role if one looks at how these relations work, women have to settle more than men…around the world.

i would think there’s an equal need for each other. men need women just as much, men can’t go long without companionship just like women, sooner or later they soften up even if it takes years. and Allah has no gender, there’s no maleness associated with God

Just to clarify, I did not say men do not need women. Nor I said Allah is male. ( refer to that thread please)

I said, women need men more than men need women as companion.
