Make sure after you start leaving kids with her alone, You watch kids closely.
If she is tough on kids when you are not around your kids will act different.
One of my Ex -Boss brought nany from philipine.
She said he drove but she didn't.
After getting here first weekend she wanted to go see her BF downTown.
Few month she was expecting.
Kids start acting strange too, they started hugging parents lot more.
They got rid of her in few months.
