I am no English expert and make tons of mistakes, but here are couple of tips that I want to share.
Then vs than
The answer of “when” is “then”. Notice the similarity in spelling. This simple technique will help you remember when to use the word “then”, and when to use the word “than”.
Tlk is better then x2 is incorrect
Tlk is better than x2 is correct.
There vs their
Similar tip can be applied when confused between “there” and “their”. Answer of “where” is “there”. If your remember that similarity in spelling, then you won’t make a mistake.

I didn't drink water today = correct

So if you’re talking about a single point, then it should be:
You didn’t make** a **good point.
Plural: You didn’t make any good points.
App mujhse panga le rahe hain, tu phir result ki main zimme-dar nahin hon.
