I dont know where you live but here we have regulations for that.
But lets do some math.
Suppose one guy delivers 30 pizza’s in 5 hours. And on average every uncle/aunty gives 1 dollar. He ll make 6 dollars an hour extra on TOP of his regular income! Usually pizza guys are highschool kids working parttime and 12-14 bucks an hour aint bad I think for a highschool student

In an ideal world i would like to agree with you, however speaking from personal experience, I have to agree with Lajawaab, Black people are not only the worst tippers they are the least polite.
I used to work has a sales assisstant with the customers being white,asian and black, I found the vast majority of whites where polite saying their 'pleases & thank yous,' asians mostly where neither polite nor rude, blacks on the other hand were the least polite and on occassions rude too.

To get a Hackney License, I had to take the knowledge test, so working for Domino Pizza was a great way to gain knowledge of the local area, however my pay on the other hand was minimum wage, at that time it was; £5.85 an hour and 75 pence petrol per delivery, so 'yes' we heavily depended on tips.

Afro-Carribean Blacks are the nicest, happiest, colourfullest, beautifullest and most friendliest people I have ever met.. I know a few from Zimbabwe and Jamaica and they're lovely.. Nice foods, nice music..
Now Western born Blacks, our generation are a completely different breed, usally complete twats and even FOB-Blacks are disgusted by them.
It's like the immigrant generation of British Pakis were completely nice, docile and friendly even in the face of agression from BNP and the likes whereas their children (our generation) are completely different and will actually look for trouble whether that's joining a gang or terrorist-cult.

I damn care about this, we have a Pizza, too. I drive the meal
and never accept the tip. What have I done for the tip? nothing, keep
your money in your pockets, just pay the meal...that's it...

At least in the states, 15% for eating out is standard. I was a waitress... usually they make less than minimum wage (I made $3.09, before taxes) because they're expected to make up for it in their tips. Tips really ARE servers livelihood. Without them we do not eat. Notoriously bad tippers are kept in mind- chances are you will not get as good of service if you are known to be a bad tipper- though I never saw anyone spit in somebody's food, though more than one person has wanted to do it!

"Free Delivery" is usually a policy set by the company that is making most of the profit, not by the person who is doing the actual delivery.
I think its common courtesy to tip, even if the company states "Free Delivery". Mind you, I am sure I have been guilty of low tips in the past, but I try to avoid it. If I cant afford to pay a tip I prefer not to order, but thats just me.

i think whites can b pretty rude too.desis r more sharif ppl,they may not alwayz say plz n thankyou but they don't take any pangas too.hav u been 2 walmart's customers service sometimes.all white staff n unbelievingly rude n unhelpful
