Trouble with Pak is not our system is bad. Parliamentary democracies have been more stable than Presidential democracies since WWII. Our problem is that no one wants to play by the book..gah..we keep amending the book itself.
Checkers are checked by those they are checking :), and eventually, by the people of Pakistan...
Democratic system has to be allowed to evolve, and checks and balances have to be evolved as we go along.
