Answer o first question also makes sense.
The first question was:
1. If everything happens with the will of Allah then how can you blame a human for any misgivings ?
Thats exactly the argumen muslim scholar used to get acquitted of charges. What a smart logic.
In other words, he showed that if you use this analogy and point of argument, then you will inevitably acquit anyone doing wrong of his/her responsibilities in this world. And thats not what Islamic view promotes.
Hope you got the point. If not then, I am willling to explain in other words.
That is the question not the answer. The answer is this:
*The answer to the first question is . If I hit him with the will of Allah then why he is suing me ?

Precisely ... it may have been better understood had the question gone ... "why do you blame men when all things happen due to the Will of God?"
