Well well … I hope Afridi, Asim will come in and maybe Rana for the last Test … The series is lost but some pride needs to be restore … some deep wounds must be filled … hope they continue in the 3rd Test where Malik and Razzler ended in the 2nd … give Aussie Bowlers a fight especially McGrath and Warne … like Malik did it today …
Hope Inzi gets well soon for the VB series … Indus News cited Woolmer that Inzi, Malik and Razzaq r ruled out for the 3rd Test … Any confirmation on that ???

i am assuming tauefeeq is with the team......if not, we have no choice but to stick with farhat...
but definitely bring afridi IN..Sydney wicket supports spinners plus afrid can chip in some runs too....razzaq is simply useless with ball....plus he is sick too....he has some allergy from seafood but he still ate it....what an Idiot..
Zero_One its you again? Werent you the one that started the thread for the last test?
Anyways, I think that Pakistan should try new players. Sami is not as lethal as he used to be, and needs to be replaced atleast for a the test. Send Razzaq and Malik home and get someone else for the last test. I think they can be brought back for the one dayers later on.
Imran Farhat needs some seriousl coaching. He cant throw away his wicket like this all the time. I dont know about Yasir Hameed. he was playing pretty good in the second inning. The first innings, he was given out on wrong decision. Oh well, now even if we win, it will not matter too much, but atleast we should come close to them to build some confidence before the one dayers.
There is no place for Imran Farhat in any format of game, if he still shows up it’ll only show stupidity of PCB (like they are not already ) to persist with an idiot. Imran does not need any coaching, he only needs his mom’s prayers to be able to play in domestic cricket or county cricket (if he ever lands a contract).
Now that we have so many injured players, PCB will have to replace them with other players means a call for ones in the waiting list. Lets see who gets a call and who gets dropped.
IMO, Razzaq, Imran, Sami should be replaced with another opener - may be Taufeeq Umar… if Imran can get so many chances after so many failures, why not him unless we have someone else-, Rana Naveed and other pacer -may be Irshad or Asif, as the last test is a no pressure game and he shouldn’t feel any pressure to choke on-.
If Inzi does not recover (very likely) he should be replaced by Asim Kamal to prove his worthiness.
In the first post, atleast give the start date and time (time zone) of the match... I mean, basic information.. so we don't have to scroll down to see when the third drubbing is actually gonna begin.
Due to the injuries I think a lot of new players will get a chance...hopefully including Afridi...although im not sure about his capability in test matches but he does deserve one chance after a seeing how many chances Farhat got. Inzamam, Malik, Razzaq, and Sami are all injured and cant play.

Ooopppssss my bad ...... So the Third Test begins at the same time as the 2nd with only the location changed from MCG to SCG and the starting time is 23:30 GMT or 11:30 PM GMT (Previous Day=means 01.01.2005)
Yaasir, your team has a very long tail and specialist batting ends at #5. Looking at the current performances, we cannot afford to be further vulnerable in the batting department.
PhoenixDesi, your team seems to be a good one with a major assumption that Inzi is not going to get fit and that Taufeeq Umar will be flown to Aussie land. Otherwise if Inzi is fit, we can bring him in and don't need to recall Taufeeq so late. It will be unfair to him to play a test directly after landing at the Australian soil. Personally, I think he should have never been dropped from the original 16.
Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq and all-rounder Abdul Razzaq are expected to play in the third Test against Australia starting on Sunday.
Inzamam missed the second Test in Melbourne with a back injury while Razzaq was twice admitted to hospital after suffering from a mystery illness.
Both players still need to pass fitness tests, but the outlook is bright.
Down 2-0 in the series, Pakistan will be without injured duo Mohammad Sami and Shoaib Mailk at the SCG.
Sami has been ordered to rest because of a foot injury while Malik split the webbing on his fingers taking a catch in the field in the second-Test defeat.
“Inzamam’s been going to treatment and going to the gym and the signs are good but we won’t know until we see how he goes with batting,” Pakistan manager Haroon Rashid said.
Razzaq was taken to hospital after feeling dizzy during the Melbourne Test but returned to bat in his team’s second innings.
He was readmitted after the match ended but was released again.
“He came out of hospital last evening and he was feeling much better,” Haroon added.
“We couldn’t figure it out. Nobody knows what it was, he was just having severe headaches.”
Australia have added leg-spinner Stuart MacGill and all-rounder Shane Watson to their squad for the Sydney Tes
we have lost the series now so why ot give the 'reserves' a chance. drop kami' he is useless as a keeper and batsmen, play asim kamal in his place. play rana instead of sami. drop farhat for afridi.
