Things you need to know:

Do not use dyes or bleaches or polishers during pregnancy.
Do not miss wellness checks every month.
Babies can get dehydrated very quickly, within a day. Do not ignore if baby is throwing up or pooping a lot. Keep an eye on hydration and immediately show doctor.
Do not treat your baby as if he/she is made of porcelain. He/she will take cues from you. If they fall or bump a head or get hurt, don’t show an overreaction, wait for theirs. And soothe and comfort them in a smiling manner and let go again so that they learn it’s nothing serious.
Do not prolong goodbyes when going somewhere while leaving baby with a family member or caregiver. The more lightly you take it, the more lightly baby will take it.
Do not underestimate the power of a loving hug, or a close up smile for your baby.
