Things Muslims need to get rid of

Eye4Eye … if you were charged by a hypothetical Islamic state to create a flag/ a banner for the Muslims … what would you put on it?

If the Sun reminds us of prayer with it’s position in the sky and the Moon reminds of fasting and the months with it’s phases … the stars give us direction to the Qiblah and on our journeys then surely all these have great significance because they all help us with our religious duties … The favourite colours of our role model (SAW) and those black banners …

I think there are more important things to get rid of … the one thing I am trying to get rid of is … condeming others on impulse or partial knowledge and wisdom. Pray for me.

If I were to create a flag it wouldn’t matter if it was blue, green, brown or pink. This is a political issue rather than religious.

There are more important things to get rid of I agree, but that doesn’t mean we should ignore the smaller issues. It’s like trying to control murderers and rapists but neglecting the other criminals.
