Women are made to give birth and they do. But I would disagree with the ladies who said they were healed in a week. A lot of times we are up and running and all seems fine but a year or two after delivery back pain surfaces or something some where hurts, so pls take rest on the first 6 weeks. Allah gives you a break from religious duties, and modern science tells that it takes us six weeks to be hunky dory again.
Eat well, and don’t over burden yourself if you can. Y ou have your while life ahead of you to be up and about.
If you can save up for massages please do that. If you can outsource cleaning or laundry do that. Gives you some downtime to make sure you come back stronger.
Some of you will have long sleepless nights ahead of you, be well rested for those.

For those of you making panjeeri, pls use pure ghee ( you can make it with organic pure butter) and make sure to add kamarkas to it in a small quantity it really helps.
