I haven’t seen them using any vulgarity or obscene language. Some of these folks have an ‘agenda’ but I don’t see why you have to be defensive about it. The world out there is not a set of homogeneous people. Diversity should be encouraged, embraced and confronted.
So what if they think India is good..don’t you think Pakistan is all that?

I like to see both sides of the coin…I would be disappointed if you want to stay in the comfort zone and want to remain blinded from other’s perspective.
the truth of the matter is, irem, 5abi, that we lack good posters on 'our' side. the other side's posters generally tend to play it safe in their choice of words while saying exactly the same thing as the most frothing of pro pakistani/islamic posters often baiting them into saying warnable/bannable stuff. their views dont win out, their choice of words does.
rav, WA is tagging along fine, a good balance of discussions there. Its PA that im a lil concerned with. There are issues with that forum that certain admins are aware of from the time I used to be a mod :)

yes they have better posters, where I mean better at debating. we dont have enough that are as active, which is natural because Pakistanis would come here for mingling in their own community, but indians/americans would come here with agendas. and thus they have their points and specific focus.
and just because their logic is faulty, it doesnt mean that we resort to insults or censorship..
This is the nature of Religion and Politics…you can’t always expect a healthy discussion…there are always biased comments. That is one reason why you have moderators to keep the discussions in line with the topic. If they are making their point within the given guidelines then why can’t we? I agree with Ravage that the choice of words is not very smart from one end..hence the discussions are not dealt on merit. It becomes a mudslinging contest.
Plus, don’t think of it as ‘our house’. It should be more of a neutral ground for everyone to share their opinions.

I'm not sure of the level of discussions going on in WA or PA, maybe it is as bad as Irem says.
But I don't see why you need to take insults personally. It's a free forum, people can express their views and opinions. If their remarks are dumb and unfound, its their problem and they end up looking stupid.
I don't go to Indian forums, so I feel as though we're given importance when non-Pakistanis come here. I don't think we need to belittle ourselves by getting rid of non-Pakistanis.
