I have seen quite many very serious issues discussed here - pedophiles, rapists, abusers, stalkers, creeps, freaks and so on. What I couldnt find was something about the sleazy old farts. We all know they exist, they breed, and they hunt.
I will share my experience here - father of a lady friend of mine who unlike her father was a sweetheart. That old bugger seemed like a nice old man, always smiling, the jolly ol’ man kind of outlook, and always uttering ‘beta ji, beta ji’, yet without exaggeration there was not a single girl friend of his own daughter that he had spared. He would come on to nearly any girl that would enter his house - the way he approached them was again ‘beta jani’, then acting to be a warm fatherly figure - he would hug and touch them as much as he could. No, I’m not judging him on that basis alone, he did come on to many girls his daughter’s age, she knew it and we did discuss that AND many of her friends freaked out and never visited the house again.
Modus ope***** of these predators is to use their ‘warm and friendly old man’ image to bring their target into the comfort zone and then gradually make the move. And the worst part is that they get away with it every time.
Now, what is important is awareness - the younger girls should be aware of the very scary fact that no man is to be trusted just because his hair have turned grey or hair on their tind have gone with the wind. Many men are sleaze balls and it only aggravates with age. No matter how comfortable an old geezer makes you feel around him, no matter how cool and lively an uncle seems to be, BEWARE and keep a safe distance.
Unnecessary skepticism might be unhealthy, but awareness and protection is crucial.

These baabay exist, Allah hi unko jaanay. They are old men and unfortunately society will always overlook their touching and feeling their daughters’ gulfrands. There will probably be never hard reason or evidence to lock them up since they arent doing full out harrasment. Sad.

I heard this story not too long ago about this Uncle who would make videos of his daughter's friends talking and dancing ...and was caught while one of the friends saw s red light in the slightly opened door of the restroom. The thing that I keep on thinking is that he had so many daughters and his wife knew too...as she went to the room to stop him when one of the friends talked about seeing the light.
Yes absolutely zero trust, thats why I said awareness is crucial. Girls normally tend to get comfortable around a lively looking uncle without realizing he could be an absolute sleaze ball.

See, another one of those 'naughty uncles'! Thanks for sharing that Aks, I have seen quite a few of such over-grown turds myself. Apparently, being 'young at heart' can be a hazard for many, it is a matter of realizing the fact and being cautious.
