Daisy, here's your answer. Because guys and girls are SO segragated in Pakiland, the few times that they do come in contact with the fair sex, they confuse lust with love. There's a term for pakistani guys like this: "Dil Phenk" Meaning they fall in love with every girl that smiles at them. They just don't know anything about women and so they take every kind gesture as "dude, she wants me."

Secondly, the other reason men claim to love women so much, to get in their pants. It's easier to get into a woman's pants if she believes that you love her. Women, for the most part, only get physical when they're in love or feel very strongly about the other person and as such when they hear that the guy 'loves' them, they're more likely to get physical.

Yes, men are pigs. But women, please understand, men are very simple creatures. Don't leave us in the dark, don't be subtle, subtlety is lost on us. If you want something, tell us, we're not going to figure it out, it's been millenia and we still have no clue. So help us out a bit will ya?

There are degrees to love. Besides, I think the point is this. Pakistani men just have a larger capacity for “love” than any other nation of men-folk. Like the eskimos have a greater ability for feeling the cold.

hmmm i’m also one of those people who use the word “love” for anything that i like a lot..from a cute animal…to my favourite dish;)…but i think real love needs something more than mere words…

people should be intelligent language is meant to tell lies…attitude and actions speak the truth…someone who is allways doing everything BEFORE giving time to you does not love you
someone who thinks his family, reputation or friends are more important than you does not love you;)…etc…

First thing need to identify that in what contxt we using the word 'love' here. If it is used for opposite sex only then it is unjust to ALL the men in Pakistan to blame that they misuse the word 'love' or don't know how to use them. If we look at our own parents, you will realize what a true love means, on the other hand today's generation is a bit different but still there are good guys around in pakistan.
