Daisy, here's your answer. Because guys and girls are SO segragated in Pakiland, the few times that they do come in contact with the fair sex, they confuse lust with love. There's a term for pakistani guys like this: "Dil Phenk" Meaning they fall in love with every girl that smiles at them. They just don't know anything about women and so they take every kind gesture as "dude, she wants me."
Secondly, the other reason men claim to love women so much, to get in their pants. It's easier to get into a woman's pants if she believes that you love her. Women, for the most part, only get physical when they're in love or feel very strongly about the other person and as such when they hear that the guy 'loves' them, they're more likely to get physical.
Yes, men are pigs. But women, please understand, men are very simple creatures. Don't leave us in the dark, don't be subtle, subtlety is lost on us. If you want something, tell us, we're not going to figure it out, it's been millenia and we still have no clue. So help us out a bit will ya?
