Credit for what?
It was their duty to accept the mistake that they made, they killed an innocent Brazilian guy. Whos supposed to be answerable to his family?!

Yes it was their duty to accept the mistake, agreed. However, reality is quite different when it comes to Govts accepting their mistakes, thus the comment they deserve credit for owning their mistake. Once a mistake is recognized, accepted and apologies offered makes things just a little bit better and raises hopes for some form of justice to the deceased family.

No, it is not due to their credit. Do you honestly think they would have accepted it if they guy happened to be a Pakistani Muslim?
When did your Bush apologize for what his military did to innocent Muslims in Abu Ghraib? Remember he said that he would never apologize for any actions of the United States. So next time you rant on against Muslims, as if they are somehow less superior to non-Muslims, ponder on those facts.

No you are not being fair and considerate, you are just an apologist. I have read enough of your posts where you have slammed one Pakistani group after another, due to some of your past experiences. Based on your history, you lack perspective and to often will end up applauding any bigot who posts stuff that may agree with your point of view.
If you were at all "fair and considerate" then you could explain why western governments rarely apologise for the atrocities their military's commit, yet you slam Muslim governments for not doing so.

You did not present it as an analogy, it was perfectly in line with your overall postings on this site i.e. all blame on Muslims and and no blame on others, even bordering on racial superiority and derogratory remarks against Pakistan, that I have read in some of your posts in the other forums. The rest of your rant is perfectly in line with what I said in my first reply to you in this thread, namely that your past experiences will always blind you, and contribute to your hateful biases.

I was against the US invasion of Iraq. I am against a lot Israel’s strong armed tactics and I hold no hatred against anything Islamic (unless you are calling the intentional targeting of civilians “Islamic”).
