You essentially are talking in a circle at this point, which makes me wonder why you created this thread like you were truly asking to see which environment would be better to live in when clearly you already have your mind made up. Seems like you want validation for your potential choices at this point because you seem to be set in stone with this idea that it is “encouraged at a young age” to go drinking and clubbing (as if there isn’t an entire contingent in America that actively discourages this and paints people who do stuff like this as lazy and irresponsible).
