grumbles Now I gotta do reading regarding stuff I can not partake in? This is cruel and unusual punishment.
Basically it uses many of your body muscles and requires extensive "motion" to achieve the task. Additionally it allows the opportunity to be creative and does not apply to the mentality of exercise which in many ways is self defeating. Amazon has a bunch of books on it from what I saw from a quick search.
