The only way to lose wait by way of sex will be if you do it while running on a treadmill or while squatting , or doing yoga . But then it will make it all work and not play and will lose its charm.
The forum rules do not permit otherwise I could post some animated versions of what will happen if you are doing it while doing your workout routines. :@:
