I’ve never heard of a single person getting salmonella from making Hyderabadi style biryani…just because it’s called “kachay goshth ki biryani” doesn’t mean it stays kacha or doesn’t cook to temperature…if that were the case, 99.9% of my khandaan would be in and out of the ER on a weekly basis

Minimum internal temperature that chicken has to be cooked is 165F next time please put a meat thermometer in there to check, I bet it wont show 165, you are going to bake it with parboiled rice anyways, If you pre bake without rice what difference can it make, no one I fed it could tell the difference.
