The security establishment is NOT going house to house checking every room in every house in the area. First its impractical, and secondly, its just not done.
Even if they had gone to the Haveli where OBL is living, OBL wasnt the one opening the door. Whoever did open the door, I sincerely doubt that they would admit OBL is living in the attic.
The security sweep would more then likely end at the door. They would at most ask who was living in the house but thats it. I doubt they would go into the house, especially if they know there are women with purdah, unless there was some extraordinary suspicion of something, but I doubt there was ever enough suspicion of the place to warrant a room by room search.
There is nothing of this house to raise any genuine suspicion. There are many such complexes across Pakistan. Nothing unusual here.
Where is the evidence that Pakistan was nothing more then a reluctant participant? Where are you getting you intel from? How do you know anything of the dynamic between the Pakistanis and Americans?
