That punishment doesn’t apply to everyone. If it’s a secret between man and woman, no one can punish them. in shariah, pregnancy is not a proof to punish them.
Even a husband can forgive his wife for committing this crime but it’s one of the biggest sins and forgiveness should be asked from God.
