Let's face it...those statistics are hardly indicative of anything aside from the fact that women in the west are more likely to report a rape compared to women in desi countries.
Women in desi countries just don't come forward due to the stigma...that doesn't mean rape is less of an occurrence in desi countries.

that is what balconies are for people. Gaze is also lower and Taroo pana bhee chaaloo. I suggest that all the guys should live in high rise buildings with balconies.

AH! That reminds me of a story. When I was in geneva I had this huge window and across the window this woman would change with her blinds open. She was hot. Lets say my apartment was a favorite hotspot to chill till she moved!

Staring and raping are not the same thing, so this stat is frankly useless.
Goras also know when to stop staring (to me, it seems they just check out and they’re done being hormonal) whereas some desi men keep going at it even if ya look like a man.
