I like scary movies, but this was so so weird,
I didnt knew how soon I had to get out of the cinema hall.
but I loved it!

Not yet. So you'd recommend to watch it?
definatly!
its a bit creepy and weird,
but worth watching.
Saw it 2 weeks ago ![]()
Loved it… definately my kinda movie :k: :k:
Good movie. Creepy indeed, especially the scene where the girl comes out of the well and through the TV :)
After watching this movie, I was unable to sleep properly for at least a week. I was petrified! It is psychologically disturbing which is what makes it so scary! I want to watch the original Japanese version of the film which is apparently even scarier.
A very good movie, scary too!
In these days you don't find too many real scary movies.
The plot was very nice, actually it was out of a Japanese movie called Ringu which is way scarier than the America version.
lets just say we never talked about the movie after watching it and never wanna hear anything …this is hard enough for me to write in this thread. i just don’t wanna remember ![]()
ppl were comparing it to the sixth sense, its different entirely and i liked it

I've seen that version. I'm not a horror-flick person, but somehow my friends made me watch the japanese version. I haven't seen the english version, but my friends have. They didn't think the Japanese version was scarier.
The scene with the girl coming out of the well and then the TV still gives me the chills.
A great horror movie indeed. It was a nice scary movie I say after a longggg time :)
yeah its more suspenseful rather then scary but yes like everyone said above, the scene at the end when the girl comes out of tv is just awesome and truly what they say spine-chilling.
How long was this movie? For some reason it seemed like it was 3 hours long, it kept going and going and going. Yeah, it was scary :( and afterwards, i kept remembering her hair and pale face. Little witch!
:D
bajo aap kae sath din hogaye? :-p
I'm either seeing this or jackass soon.
Has anyone seen the original version of the ring? It's japanese.
now that was scary! (even though it had subtitles), if the new one is anything like that, I wanna see it!
Just came back home from the cinema after watching it. I'm still shivering.
What a scary movie.
saw it like 2months ago... its one of the crapiest movie ever to hit the mass media.. no story line.. makes no sense... no logic... abysmaly moronic ... ughgh!
thank you everyone for your input and views. :-)
I just saw it today. Movie was wicked but really wasn't scary enough for me. The only scene that actully gave me willies was girl walking out of the tv. That's about it.
Do you think that Rachell and her son die at the end when the last time they're viewing the tape before the credits role? Maaaan, that was a major plot hole. Now i'm gonna have to see the orginal Japenese version, that might fill me in.
The movie was BS and that’s all about it. No need to bang your head on the wall for the plot holes.
But still to answer your question. They(mother and son) survived the wrath of dead-girl-walking-through-the-tv because she had made a copy of the orginal tape. Remember Rachel after the well incident says to Noah that the girl (samara) only wanted to be heard, that’s all. So that’s all, by making a copy of it more tapes would in circulation, hence more people would be able to hear her and learn of her tragedy. And with that you can also interpret that this movie is a copy of the japenese version.
It’s like in Pakistan a random invidual hands you a paper with some message on it and at the bottom it says make 100 copies of it and distribute it other wise face the holy consequences. ![]()
