(but u can always tell me they hey! Tayyebah doesn't know a word of German/dutch, so her story might as well be a false dawn altogether...isn't it? which is a bit pathetic IMHO)

So he's testing me ??? If so then it's seriously laughable. I don't need to prove my German skills to anyone but my German prof.

If someone here is REALLY learning it and wants help, PM me I'll try my best to help you out.

Yes it is a bit OTT to change the direction of this thread … this is my way of sanitising the matter for myself. However, the main thread topic is a good anecdote.

I am however convinced that Tayyebeh is not German. By the way I do not know German, but that was not what I was looking for, it was the dealing of my question and response manner which was more important to me.

But the topic was a good anecdote … nothing more.

You know what? I'm convinced also, because I DON'T look German AT ALL.

However I can speak/type/write/understand it fluently.

I don't know how it actually sounds like, one who claims of not knowing anything about the language, is convinced that the other is NOT a German.

Ah so you believe you can tell how German people behave? Isn't that a bit far-fetched? To generalise a group of people?

I know we are heading OT here, but I'm seriously interested how you can tell from the behaviour of someone ON THE INTERNET where he/she is from or lets say NOT from.

^At the risk of my post getting deleted for my irreverence, I have to say psyah that your behavior is unwarranted. And frankly quite disgusting. Do you possess some god given ability that we ordinary mortals don't? If so please share it with us.

Really as a moderator you should know better. From your other posts I have gathered you seem to be quite religiously inclined. Is jhoot and shak nor considered as major sins in the religion you follow.

So many convert to Islam. Its their personal choice. If they are happy with it. Then good for them.
