Fence the border, build a barbed wire anti-insurgent, anti-afghan and anti-karzai fence. Pakistan urges US for more funds for border fencing and if they said no, threaten them to stop support for “war on terror”, refuse to use land, air and water to transport equipment, etc for this stupid war.
The best strategy should be, move out from the area, there are tens of FATA like areas in Afghanistan, they can hide in any of them. Americans + Indians have their own interest in destablizing Pakistan, As far AS Americans are concerned they claim to have one of the best Intelligence Agency but the same has been caught for false acquisitions and the same has not been able to deliver ( OBL ) or break the back bone of Al-Qaida.
There can be only two reasons for the above mentioned failure:
1) CIA do not want to arrest/kill them, as it will end their mission in Asia and then they will be left with no choice other then living Afghanistan.
2) CIA has failed to get into Al-Qaida or Taliban or Afghanistan, so they are shifting the war to Pakistan and making it as failure of Pakistan and not their own.

Regarding the underlined parts, how would CIA be able to continue to carry out its' plan of Pakistan if it caught OBL from dubai? Above all, why would they catch their own emplyee??? How can they break the legs of al qaeda when they are the ones supporting them along with help from india, dubai, even russian side (russians living in the border area or you can say the russian counter parts of pakistani talibans) have close ties with dubai-based al qaeda militants. So those Azbeks and others from the russian side who are caught in these acts of terror in pakistan are basically motivated by the dubai based al qaeda supporter to go to pakistan and fight for the 'taliban' cause to destabilize pakistan.
All of this to fulfil a plan general pakistanis living in the cities do not know. Many Pakistani balochis share this bond with their russian / iranian and dubai counterparts. These militants are being supported from several sides but most significant ones are ofcourse from Afghan and indian governments (which includes supporting with weapons).

Imagine a groups who was invovled in terrosit activities (Al-Qaida), now the head quarter of that group has been identified in a certain region. Forces equiped with latest technology and arms are attacking the region in order to locate the area.

I remember Pakistan wanted to do this a few years ago and when this idea was suggested, khar-zai made a big issue out of it. If it would have been done back then, maybe things wouldnt have gotten this bad. our leader back then as usual was playing these games.

Pakistan had 10s of "peace treaties" with tribals. 100s of jirgas got together. Pakistan posted an Afridi general as governor in the hopes that he will be a "friendly" face for the tribals and be successful in persuading tribals away from Al Qaida.
Every peace initiative has been shot down (literally) by the tribals on the behest of Alqaida.
Al Qaida wants to turn Pakistan into yet another Afghanistan and Somalia. So tribals will continue to be their slaves.

I guess bush got too much excited on his victory over afghanistan( during that time afg was stable) .The amount of money US has spend on Iraq I personally dont feel they went for oil. They would have easily bought oil for next 10-15 years with the money they have spend.

You can say that now easily, what if Saddam was still in power and like he dumped Dollar for oil trade he could've turned all of his oil towards China or other countries which would've dented US supply. Anyway everyone has their own opinion, this thread is about Marriott hotel blast possibilities so lets leave it at that.
