^ u clearly havn't read my post properly... i'll say it again: i never said all goras these days do/must wear miniskirts, all i said is that it is acceptable to them to do so!
secondly, if a women isn't dressed in accordance to that which is prescribed in the Quran & Sunnah, then to a Beleiving Muslim, it cant be considered "modest", as the definition of "modesty" have already been provided in out deen.
i personally dont know anyone who wears a shuttle burqa, how many do you personally know? and they may attract attention, but its not with the same intention as checking out a girl with attractive hair, figure, etc (what ever else men find attractive)
