Psyah’s post reminds me of a friend whose non-Muslim roommate opened the Quran and was taken aback…questioning if she had come upon the Truth. It had a strong impact one her. She didn’t want to pursue learning about the faith or follow it and the reason she gave my friend for this was that she couldn’t abandon drinking/her lifestyle.
