Re: the other shoe falls
I believe GEO does not get attacked, they do it themselves just to get publicity. geo is like fox news..
I have no proof, but when the attack on Geo was telecast live, me and my wife were amused to see GEO employees trying to act like 007. While most of them were sitting on the floor, showing that they were escaping the bullets, other were seen sitting on the chairs pointing fingers at the television screens. We though it was a poorly acted drama.

And...
Here I will help you out...since you have a bit of trouble qualifying your cliched statement...
Most likely mush is supporting them from the backdoor...playing the double game...if it was anybody else, especially his opponents and adversaries as MMA are, then he would have went after them with all of his might and since he is not doing it, then it means he is the most likely culprit...
Re: the other shoe falls
What is MMA?
Let me refresh your memory; military mullah alliance ![]()
We know how fazloo and co. will sell their iman for some pork and hos on the side. Let me remind you of fazloo’s alliance with bb so in return he could become “Maulana Diesel”.
I don’t even know why you bring in MQM in all your arguments unless you are some disgruntled jamati who is mad that his ass got whupped even when they were all ‘dishulli’ bringing in weapons first in student politics in karachi. I am happy of at least one of the few good deeds that MQM did: primarily, kicking the idiotic jamati and PPI ass back to the pind that they belonged! ![]()
Re: the other shoe falls
Thanks for your quintessentially degenerative mqm response…no substance or referrence to the original inquiry regarding proof of MMA’s operational level of involvement with whats happening in Waziristan and rest of paksitan…typical off the tangent unsubstantiated conjecture…
Also, much appreciation for proving again how much of a fan you are of altaf bhai…by beating the same “disgruntle” theme to death…it’s only natural and part of the healing process for altaf bhai, since he is the ultimate disgruntled buffoon…who was a member of Islami Jamiat Talba, but being a scum bag he was, could not help doing his business, and was kicked out of Jamiat…and their in lies the psychosis of altaf bhai and his legions of blind follower deflecting the disgruntle theme onto others…
Re: the other shoe falls
So you are saying the madarsahs are not run by MMA and fazloo doesn't sympathize with bin laden?
Seriously man, why do you live in a western country if that is the case? Go live in peshawar and wana if you like it so much.
Re: the other shoe falls
There should be no denying that Musharraf should take up the credit of opening up media in Pakistan. Musharraf, probably, did not realise that he is opening up a can of worms. During the past years, where I have seen excellent reporting done on independent TVs; I have also seen the disadvantages of open media (as everyone else must have seen as well). I have seen media used to do selective, biased, politically motivated and utterly incorrect reporting as well. This actually goes well with the idea of independent channels. These channels run on Business models where the correctness of the news is of secondary importance, while creating sensationalism and self-projection are more important. I am totally against putting a ban on media again, however. While some may argue that it will take time for media to mature; I don't agree to that. I think it will continue like this.
Good god no! The opening of the media and allowing for these TV channels and what not was all decided in 1996 with the GATS agreement. Please don't give some dumbass who doesn't know the first thing about economics or international trade credit for what another government did.
I find it increasingly shocking that people have no problem with the ban on the media due to curb the "tabloid" press. Shocking really since most of you live in the US or and UK.
Re: the other shoe falls
^ Media was opened in 1996? when? where? in Pakistan? ![]()
Maybe it was so people could watch gunja thugs storm the supreme court [another irony that no one in Punjab protested that beghairati?].
Re: the other shoe falls
Why do I always feel like I am educating idiots?
Read this: WTO | Services - gateway page
Once you are done with that we can look at the actual agreement and then the Initial Services offer of 2003. If you have a problem with the website and figuring out our bindings under the communication sector, I still have the Pakistani Govt passwords to the WTO database and can get you the actual texts.
Re: the other shoe falls
OUCH! As they say in Amreekan movies…Dude, you ‘owned’ that guy!! ![]()
Re: the other shoe falls
Take it easy on the poor lad…he is a fresh grad from Albert Speer school of journalism at the prestigious Pir Altaf International University - Azizabad campus…
Re: the other shoe falls
Pakistan is a signatory to all sorts of agreements but how many of them are followed? The point is that what is the ground reality compared to 1996 and now. I believe back then it was harder for newspapers to open tv stations which was relaxed a couple of years back.
Cheguvara, why are you acting like some gunwar? Did MQM rape you or something? I never even talk about MQM with you or anyone.

That still doesn't change the fact that you are their sympathizer at best and supporter at worst....and so is that what MQM does...rape people? and are you an accessory in those rapes?

Can you show me one post where I sympathized with Altaf?
You, on the other hand, are a crusader for jamati and its taliban band. Admit it.

What is there to admit...isn't it obvious...
