Lets read my post clearly:
"It is highly unlikely MQM will lose any seat in these elections. May 12 is probably the only biggest black spot in their last 5 years otherwise they have done good job in terms of development work. It has been their stronghold and it didn't weaken in last few years IMO."
When I said developments I am talking about constructions in the city to improve traffic conditions. Before May 12 and after May 12 there was no stoppage on that front. There are areas where they started construction recently (last 2-3 months). Was there some other "development" you were looking for?
