Well, a scarf on the head makes no sense if u got tight clothes, jewelry, makeup etc.. I think if they're doing the best they can, downplaying their beauty to best of their ability, then they're not responsible for a pervy guys (not necessarily u or ur buddies) stares or thoughts.
