This alternate pronunciation is usually used when you’re trying to be funny or condescending or both.
But this post clears things up. Now smarten up people and write something about the real Pakistani women of today.
And sorry to burst your bubble but Pakistani women have a literacy rate of around 40% and the percentage is lower than the percentage of men who have basic literacy. Pakistani women are still being marginalized, some because their patriarchs decide not to send them to school, others because they don’t have a school in their town/village to begin with. Pakistanis as a whole have a long journey ahead of them.
