If you use it properly none of your fears will come true. Two step process, use toilet paper first, and then use bidet to finish off. Don’t just use a stand alone bidet like a Lota.
Or get a bidet that’s built into the toilet itself, or in an aftermarket bidet featuring toilet seat.
