Rather than read blatant lies by others who are opposed to Hizb ut tahrir, it would make more sense to read the actual Hizb ut tahrir websites and come to the conclusion.For exampe some guppie quoted some book page 155 whilst there are only abut 60 pages! clear lie.

For every group, movement or idea there will be those who wish to discredit them by spreading lies about them. This happened extensively to the Prophet (saw) and his companions, and it happens to revival movements today as well. It is inevitable, and arguably can be a good thing because it drives people to think and differentiate the lie from the truth.
I first saw this website about a year ago. My first impression at that time was sadness that while the vast majority of the Muslims in the world had moved forward and closer to Islamic thoughts and sentiments over the past 10 years or so, there were nevertheless, a minority who were stuck in the past, who were bent on keeping Islam separate from the worldy affairs, who wanted to keep Islam confined to the masjid and not bring it outside. These ideas belong to an era when the Muslims were declined i.e. the previous century. As for the arguements presented on that website, there was nothing new there - nothing that hadn’t been refuted, answered and clarified to the previous generation and the generation before them, so it was saddening to see that the same tired arguements were being re-vamped for the new media i.e. the internet.
As for the points mentionned in the website, I will very briefly reply to the ones that have been copied to this topic. If anyone wishes to discuss them in greater detail, then please start a separate thread, so as not to distract from this one.
The term “aqeedah” was not defined by Islam. Hence over the centuries the scholars have been divided into 2 camps, one saying that khabar ul-ahad should be part of the aqeedah, one saying that it should not, and that only quran and muttawatir ahadeeth should form the aqeedah. This is no controversy or scandal, despite the sensationalism that the writer applies to it.
Which book? I have never come across this book. If anyone can give me a link, or send it to me, that would be nice.
This question arose because a doctor once asked whether it was permitted for him to look at anatomical drawings of the human body. The reply was that it was permitted for education, training etc. This somehow got twisted to “they allow nude photographs”. If you look at the Draft Constitution of the Islamic State - it is at the end of this book on page 118, Article 15 - “Any means that most likely leads to a prohibition (haram) is itself haram. However if it is (only) feared to lead (to a prohibition) it would not be haram.” So as pornography leads to haram, it would not be permitted.

Though it was addressed to Khilafah1422, I would like to reply. In a secular society, at most, you would be able to follow the law of Mohammed (saws) only in the personal actions. Any law which related to the society, community, nation, you would not be able to do. And that adds up to a LOT of law that you cannot do. (also see this)
Even in the personal matters, you will face difficulty, and so only the most committed would follow them.

Like I remember, an HT clown once wrote, that the measures taken by Musharraf to introduce population control in the country was an order by the US Government, as they wanted to downsize the populations of the Muslims as they would otherwise take over the world.
