Sending them to jail is harsh for just bowling some no balls …Are you kidding?

These were not just ‘no-balls’, those were intended to cheat people in betting underworld, to demonstrate that they can fix what they want, though I agree that “jail” is not the right punishment.

Whilst I accept that there are double standards in international cricket, I see the punishments as a positive development. Jail sentence for the crimes they committted may seem harsh to some people but these three cricketers + crooked Majeed had to be made an example of lest other corrupt-minded cricketers try to do the same thing again in the future

Its weird that players are sent to jail for cheating “underworld” betting, no one wants to touch the “underworld” who are the actual criminals.
