err...judges are not ordinary people friend...they have huge responsibilities.
And pls no allegations without proof/reason.
And if judges are that prone to grabbing candy on a platter, how do we know they dont procure chocoltae without being offered?
If sex appeals, money appeals more. if sex does wonders, money does greater wonders. Where do judges and their justice goes from there is well imaginable.
Sure society doesnt suffer if this is done to the local supermarket owner for cases, society suffers when judges are involved in such stuff.
So stop reversing the blame on ISI/Mush. Take a look at the moral conduct as Justices of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and idrect impact on Pakistan, Pakistanis, Justice, Law and Rulings.

I see, has he been on ISI payroll or switches allegiance depending on better package offered, I hope we could know how many other media people today are like that. Im sure journalists are the next hottest copmmodity in the filth gamne of Pak politics. If the judges are like this, journalists kis khait ki mooli hain?

Unislamic acts don't justify to record them by any person. It's very unislamic to make video is general and then such is no worse than anything. A lot is unislamic, so is dictatorship upon an Islamic state.

(Hong Kong, November 14, 2007) Allegations that the government of Pakistan used its intelligence service to make sex videos with which to blackmail judges indicate that General Pervez Musharraf “will stoop to any low” to keep hold of power, the Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) said on Wednesday.
The Sunday Times of London on Sunday reported that the government had allegedly used intelligence officers to make videos of judges and their family members having sex and sent copies to them in an attempt to stop them making a decision that would invalidate General Musharraf’s post as both army chief of staff and president.
“The message was clear. If you rule the wrong way, these will become public and your family destroyed,” it quoted a British barrister who had learnt about the videos from a Pakistani counterpart as saying.
Similar reports have appeared in recent days in domestic media.
** Basil Fernando, director of the AHRC, said that the allegations were credible, given the lengths to which the military leader would go to stay in charge, and the nature of Pakistan’s intelligence services.**
“Instead of using state resources to monitor and arrest militants as Musharraf claims, they are being used to make dirty movies and lock judges up in their houses,” Fernando said, referring to the detention of dozens of senior justices in their houses since a state of emergency was declared and the constitution suspended on November 3.
“It is clear that this man, and the military of Pakistan, will stoop to any low to undermine other parts of government and deny the people’s aspirations that were so clearly shown earlier this year,” he said.
From March to July a popular uprising spread across Pakistan in support of the chief justice, Iftekhar Chaudhry, after he was forcibly removed from office.
The Hong Kong-based regional human rights group in August released a special publication and website on the movement, which can be accessed at http://pakistan.ahrchk.net/chiefjustice.
The chief justice was again removed after the emergency was announced, and a proxy court appointed to approve the latest takeover.
"The erstwhile friends of Musharraf and the Pakistani military should stop pretending that they are dealing with latent democrats and admit that their partners in the war on terror are autocrats, gross human rights abusers and apparently also pornographers," Fernando added.
On Monday the AHRC described the army chief’s announcement that general elections would be held by January as a “poorly-concocted and barely-worked out diversionary tactic”.

Interestingly enough, the Sunday Time article shows how morally bankrupt Pakistan’s judges are. Was our country’s future really to be decided by zina-committing criminals?

I hope these videos are used as evidence to prosecute the supreme court judges who committed such heinous acts. What is the punishment under the Hudood Ordnance for the actions of these supreme court judges? Execution, right? We should make an example of them… and we have the undisputable video evidence needed for it! HANG THESE ADULTERERS!!!

SOME of Pakistan’s Supreme Court judges and their children were secretly filmed in compromising positions with lovers and prostitutes as part of a dirty tricks campaign by the country’s feared military intelligence.

Videos were sent out to at least three of the 11 judges in September as they were deciding whether General Pervez Musharraf was eligible to run for president while still army chief. One showed a judge with his young mistress while another was of a judge’s daughter having sex with a boyfriend.

The family of a woman who was having an affair with a Supreme Court judge said they were devastated to learn that her trysts had been filmed.

According to judicial sources, several judges had been receiving visits from prostitutes as “payment in kind” from private clients to whom they had given legal advice. “The ISI was sending the girls and the judges were enjoying it without knowing they were being filmed. Now they have videos of several judges,” one court source said last week.

I think it should be made public so we know who is doing what...be it Musharaf or the Judges. I am sure Musharaf is not an angel he has used his power for the very same reason mentioned above in the article.

And yet you cleverly avoid a major issue, which the the lack of morality demonstrated by the member of what is supposed to be our highest judicial body.

If they fail to so much as abide by Pakistan's laws on capital offenses (such as adultery), what business do they have ruling on constitutional law?

These judges will not be prosecuted because they most likely are now sitting in SC after taking oath under PCO and will put a legal stamp on emergency.

I agree! Besharam judges and corrupt to the core as well.

There is nothing unsual in Pak intelligenece agencies keeping tabs on the activities of our judges, it’s standarad practice of spies the world over. The British intelligence services keep tabs on even the Royal family, the FBI & CIA spy on every person of any importance etc. If anything our spy agencies are keeping such lewd activities of our randy old judges away from public spotlight, so they don’t disgrace the country.

One can infer easily that those who refused to be blackmailed have been sent home while the others are sitting in SC. Reza you won't accept any decision from the current lot of judges, right.
