Why is it that the basic necessities of life are so scarce or so unimportant...like healthcare and security but entertainment and hi end clothing manufacturers and designers are flourishing? Is it our people?
gap between rich and poor...diff worlds in the same 5 square mile radius u know..g to karachi, go to DHS and then drive next door to Korangi and you will know what I mean.
the rich have security guards and security details from private security firms
9although they are no match for organized gangs, political pressure groups and militant guerilla types either). They can afford best healthcare in the country and can travel out for it otherwise.
