Where is the parda of men in all of this? Why use the women in the first place?

Assuming it’s about Muslims and setting aside the non Muslim world, why do Muslims countries/men’s use the women to sell their products?

Isn’t that non Islamic?

Considering men’s usually have a upper hand in Muslim countries
