well “not reported” thing is often blown outta proportion. Every country has its fair share of unrepoted crime, be it Pak or US… So the stats will still remain the same. Just cz you are ignorant does not mean you are right.

Is it your position that the percent of unreported crimes such as rape is the same in The aindian subcontinent vs the US? Do you have any link to back that up?
