Its a very naive question…do you believe retributive justice is good? I mean, sure its good as it delivers instant justice to the criminal and victim but what happens after that? It doesn’t rehabilitate the criminal or the victim.

What punishment or rehabilitation do you suggest for someone harassing a woman?
what about if he is just staring at women?
