Because many of the proposed laws, does not demand sufficient proof of allegations. SO ARE YOU implying THESE LAWS END Up HURTING THE ACCUSED? IF NOT, WHAT ARE YIU SAYING? And often is in conflicts with the Islamic law, WHAT SPECIFC LAW THAT PROTECTS WOMEN AGAINST DO,ESTIC VIOLENCE IS AGAINST WHAT SPECIFIC ISLAMIC LAW thus does not provide the victim with the justice she needs, and often makes someone else the victim due to the unfairness of the proposed laws.
