U have difficulty understanding,
any law requires establishing that indeed the defendant has committed the crime, you just cannot punish anyone coz someone says so.
And for your info Zubair (ra) who was from the 10 sahabas who were said to be in jannah by name use to beat his wife (since you keep on coming back to beating) now will you also suggest prisoning him in Pakistani prison? coz according to you they should be in prison.
And his wife was the daughter of Abu bakra (ra) so do u suggest now that women of this day has surpassed levels of those woman ?
Now be just to urself, do you suggest prisoning Zubair (ra) for this behaviour ? Do you call it Pakistani Islam?
This is just one example from the many… so how can you declare something haram which Allah has made halal?
