Aam Banda You seem confused. I am stating that UNCIP is infact the basis for Plebicite. What I am stating is that the formula for withdrawal was superseded by Article 4 by UNSC 98. And you have yet to prove it has been negated by any resolution after it.

UNCIP non-binding. Irrelevant. In the UNSC resolutions, where does it say we have to do so first?

That surely seems to be step in right direction … Now you dont consider UNCIP irrelevant …

Now you consider UNSC 98 to supersesd UNCIP resoltuion … but you refuse to belive that UNSC 122 does not supersed this … you dont get to pick and choose … the resolutions are applied as they come

Formula for Kashmir solution is by UNCIP resolutions (which has demilitirization as the starting point)… i dont say it … UNSC resolutions say it … Pakistanis themselves say it … even the AJK constitution says it … but then you are not listening .. you are stuck in a hole that you dug yourself.

UNCIP resolution are NOT irrelevant and as Pakistanis themselves say … and as they say they are binding too …
