It is with its righfull owners, the elected represenatives of Kashmiris are running the government there ...... if Pakistan were to stop all the terror groups that function from its soil, Kashmir will have peace which it desperately needs.
Anyway that is not what we are talking about, we are talking about what measures need to be taken for peacefull co-existance for India and Pakistan. In my opinion Kashmir is a part (though important) but not the ONLY part of the problem.

No dividing territory without the People's consent. The Indians should stop acting like the British Colonial powers.
When the Kashmiri people decide to join Pakistan, we can renegotiate the treaty.....maybe.

For India Pakistan peace the issue of water is going to be important in future .... trust me people are going to forget Kashmir !!!! the problem is Pakistan cannot resolve its internal water disputes and because of that it is going to face internal strife. The easiest way for the leaders woulld then be to balme India for this water shortage, much like what is happening now. So if you belive that somehow Kashmir riddle is going to solve the problem, be my guest.

Nehru said Plebicite by UN ... and you know what UN has to get done before that happens :D...... in any case how could Nehru hold plebiscite in Kashmir when Pakistan had occupied part of Kashmir !!!

Hey UNSC 47 says Plebicite. Which Nehru agreed to. Then stated he would implement it. So what are you *****ing about? Oh yeah UNCIP being binding. But hey to Indians your own founding father is not a man of honor or his word so what should we expect? :D

UNSC 47 says all Pakistani nationals to vacate ... so Pakistani army is made up of Pakistani nationals are not :D
FYI ... UNSC resolutions on Kashmir are all under Chapter 6 .... non binidng. As i said before the Kashmiris themselves want UNCIP resolutions ... it is in AJK constitution ... but then you never listed to Kashmiris why would you now !!!!!

It clearly states that once demilitirization has taken place .... then only plebiscite will take place .... read UN resolutions and satistfy yourself !!!!!
