India and Pakistan have to settle Kahsmir issue through mutual talks, that is what the world is asking them and that is what even UN says now. For all those people who want this issue to be setteled through UN, the answer is the implementation of UNCIP resolutions (which both India and Pakistan have signed and agreed to ) which clearly states demilitirzation as the first step towards plebiscite.
